I know for sure you will need a very sharp cutting knife to fillet your fish. You will also need a cutting board to lay the fish on. Make sure to hold the fish by the head firmly, while sliding the very sharp cutting knife diagonally across the fish to the backbone. Using a sawing motion,run the blade down the backbone to the tail.Please do not cut yourself with the very sharp cutting knife.
