How do You Figure Your Gpa?

Figuring out your GPA in college is not that hard. You take the number of hours your class is worth and multiply it by the weight of the grade and then divide that by the total number of hours you have. For example, an A is a 4.0, a B is a 3.0, an A- is a 3.7. Let’s say you have 5 classes, all of them are worth 3 credits hours, and you have an A in 2 classes, a B in 1 class, and an A- in the other 2 classes. So, the equation would be ((2 x 4.0 x 3) + (1 x 3.0 x 3) + (2 x 3.7 x 3))/15 = 3.68
