Stick your right arm out in front of you, palm faced down, then stick your left arm in front of you palm faced down. Flip your right hand, palm faced up, and then your left. Move your right arm to cross your chest, with your hand on the opposite shoulder, and then do the same with your left. Move your right hand to the back of your head, and then your left. Move your right arm to cross down over your abdomen, putting your hand on your opposite hip, and then do the same with your left arm. Put your right hand on your hip and then your left. Then shake your hips and jump and turn to your right and repeat all over again. Do all these steps to the beat of the music.
