You can cook venison in nearly as many ways as you can any red meat. If you are using the loin meat then treat it like a steak or pork chop. The only difference is that venison may require longer marinating and a possible need for a tenderizer hammer due to the leanness of the meat. When it comes to the roasts, make sure that you don’t let them over cook. If it is ground up into burger meat, it will taste better and hold together better if it is mixed with ground pork or ground beef.
