My favorite way to cook tilapia is in the oven with some butter and lemon. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is heating up melt 1 TBSP butter in the microwave. Spray the baking dish with Pam and place the fish in the dish. Mix the butter with 1 TBSP lemmon juice, a tsp of parsley flakes and a tsp of garlic then pour over the tilapia. Bake for 13 minutes. You will know the fish is done when it flakes with a fork.
