Tilapia is easy to cook and doesn’t take much time. Take 2 Tbsp of butter, 2 cloves of garlic and mince them, a dash of salt, a dash of pepper and a dash of paprika. Combine all of these in a small frying pan and simmer. Then brush it on a small baking dish. Then place the fillets in the baking dish and brush with the butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. The fish will be flakey when ready. You can also add lemon to change the flavor a bit.
