Halibut is delicious prepared in a number of different ways. One favorite method is broiling. Season the fillets to taste and place on the broiler pan of your oven. Adjust the pan as far from the heat source as possible and cook until the top of the fillets are just lightly browned. Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with a bit of paprika and bread crumbs. Drizzle drawn butter across each fillet just prior to serving.
