How do You Break a Fever?

One of the best ways to break a fever is to stay hydrated. Drinking things like water and even some fruit juices are a good way to cool your body down from the inside out, while keeping it hydrated at the same time. Wear a comfortable amount of clothing. If your fever is high, wearing light clothing to keep your body temperature on the cooler side can also help. If all else fails, drink a cup of warm ginger tea.
