How do You Become a Park Ranger?

Most park rangers are required to have at least an Associates Degree preferably in one of the following fields, Criminal justice, Law Enforcement, Biology or a B.S. in Environmental Sciences. Obtaining certain medical training is also necessary such as CPR and first aid. You will then want to work a s a ranger for a couple years to get your foot in the door as most parks look for those who have 2-5 years experience within the park.
